Marc Wohl and Steve Phillips power washed the pool area 5/17/22 and is clean for the summer.
Tyler Roofing Company repaired the 948 La Vista townhome badly leaking roof along with replacing the rotten soffit board on Thursday May 12, 2022.
Installation of a new evaporator coil in the Villas clubhouse attic Amana A/C unit today May 17, 2022.
All Star Fabrication is scheduled for Friday May 27 to bring a portable lift and repair the broken chimney cap at the 954 La Vista Drive Townhome.
The board approved a bid from Enviro Care on May 12th to replace the dead grass with new grass sod in the HOA common area in front of 724 Esperanza garden home.
The Street light poles were cleaned and repainted the week of May 9, 2022.
In preparation for pool opening on May 21, Ozornea Company replaced pool tile and deck grouting Monday 5/09/2022.
In April, Steve Phillips, Landscape Chair, spearheaded an effort with New Creation to remove additional dead shrubs, plant new shrubs and trim. A big thank you to Steve for all his hard work for our Community.
On 4/14/22 the Construction Gate was repaired after being struck by a vehicle.
On 3/31/22 New Creations dug up at least a dozen large dead shrubs in the Estrella Townhome courtyards. They also cut out and trimmed up the low hanging and dead limbs from the cedar trees inside the pool area along with cutting out 3 dead shrubs inside pool area. All debris was hauled off for disposal.
On 3/16/22 Lane Pest Control did their pest service.
On 3/1/22 Steve Phillips repaired large ruts in the grass at the end of Estrella Street caused by a large United moving van driving onto the Common Area. Thank you Steve!
In February 2022 the Street Light at 916 Laguna Drive was repaired. Power to the light had been cut due to new construction on Laguna Drive. This was a several month ordeal for Dawn Smith, Marc Wohl and Johnny Crippen who had to deal with Oncor, Waterman Electric and the City of Tyler to get service restored.

Quality Lawn Care removed the freeze damaged dead plants and some were trimmed to hopefully recover. 6.15.21
Teak wood seats were placed on the front entry of the Clubhouse. 6.15.21

Marc Wohl negotiated a bid from New Creations to repair Townhome Fencing. 6.8.21
Marc Wohl purchased new signs for the Swimming Pool and posted new Pool Open signs. 5.31.21
Jim Blair coordinated the repair of a crack in the Pool patio decking. 5.27.21
Marc Wohl coordinated the repair work done on two Townhomes roofs. 5.26.21 766 Esperanza and 952 La Vista.
A big "thank you" to Residents for their recent assistance with Landscaping. Mark Faulkner and son Grant along with Marcus Wohl and Steve Phillips raked, pulled weeds and planted grass seed in several common areas in our neighborhood. Also, the Faulkner's son Matt and Jim Blair dug up dead plants which were damaged by the winter storm. Job well done! 5.15.21
